Appointments and Fees
Wild Earth Medicine is located within Community Wellness Shop located at 6333 University Ave in Middleton!
Wild Earth Medicine is NOT contracted with any health insurance companies and therefore DO NOT bill insurance companies for fees and services. If there is any additional paperwork that you might need for Health Savings Accounts, Flex spending accounts, or other insurance matters, we will happily provide them upon request.
At this time, we accept direct cash payments, check, or Mastercard and Visa.
Payment is due at the time of service.
New Patient Intake
Your first visit will take 90 minutes to complete. This appointment will focus on getting to know you and your health concerns while taking a detailed health history and getting up to speed on where you are now. We will request that you provide any past lab work or health records pertinent to your particular case in advance. We will review any records provided prior to your appointment otherwise we will review them as records are received. You will spend the last 15-30 minutes of your appointment discussing recommendations, follow up questions, and next steps for care.
follow Up Appointments
Your follow up appointments with Dr. Hutchinson will typically be one month after your first and last 60 minutes in duration. These appointments are geared toward offering you one-on-one coaching and support needed to achieve diet and lifestyle changes recommended by Dr. Hutchinson. They will also offer wisdom and insight on what will make your healing journey most successful for you.
Pricing
We offer personalized plans for any budget. You can pay as you go or invest in your health by doing a monthly healthcare package that will keep you accountable, motivated and target prevention and wellness to boot!
